companies like MSP (for low incomes), WCB, ICBC, DVA and many extended health
benefit plans. Patients who have coverage can reimburse all or part of the treatment
fees. Fees also can be deducted from personal income tax under the expenses section.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, which prevents others from accessing that time slot. For this reason, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a no‑show fee equal to the full session fee, except in cases of emergency.
If you anticipate arriving 15 minutes late or more, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
Client of ICBC Claims
Individuals who have been involved in a motor‑vehicle accident are eligible for 12 pre‑authorized acupuncture treatments within the first 12 weeks following the date of the collision. This coverage is provided directly through ICBC as part of their enhanced care benefits.
Our clinic
bills ICBC on your behalf, so no upfront
payment is required for these approved sessions. This allows you to
begin treatment promptly and focus fully on your recovery without financial
concern.
